All corn delivered will first be applied to Contract, if any exist.
If not on Contract, corn must be:
                                                        -Priced
                                                        -Put on Basis Fixed Contract under the March 2011 Futures and Priced by Feb 27th, 2011
                                                        -Put on Delayed Pricing Contract

Delayed Pricing Contract:       $.10 per bushel flat fee
                                                        $.05 per bushel / month service charge
                                                        Must be priced by April 15th, 2011

Corn Drying:                               $.10 per bushel minimum (up to 16% moisture)
                                                        $.04 per point of moisture over 16%
                                                        1.5% shrink per point of moisture above 14.5%

Corn Discount Schedule

Test Weight:   $.04/lb under 54 down to 52 lbs.
                           $.06/lb under 52 down to 50 lbs.
                           $.10/lb under 50 down to 46 lbs.
              Under 46 lbs. negotiable

Damage:         $.02 each % above 5%

BCFM:          $.05 per % over 3%

Heat Damage:          $.02 each 1/2% above .5% to 5.0%
                              Over 5.0% subject to rejection
