All Soybeans delivered to A.V.G. will first be applied to Contract, if any exist. If not on contract, soybeans must be applied to one of the following:
- Priced out
- Put on a Basis Fixed Contract under Jan 2011 Futures and be priced by Dec 25th 2010. No storage fees.
- Put on a Delayed Pricing Contract
Delayed Pricing Program
- $.10 flat charge with $.05 per bushel/month service fee starting from average unload date.
- Grain must be priced out by June 1st, 2011.
***Any Soybeans left on open storage as of 10-31-10 will automatically be put on a Delayed Pricing per the above terms***
Soybean Moisture
- 2.5% shrink factor applied to all soybeans over 13.0% moisture
